We work with a wide range of clients for whom we provide flexi- workforce. There are many reasons for temporary and contract staff –cover for short term absences (holidays or staff sickness, for example), turn-key projects, critical projects on a staff augmentation mode, seasonal peaks, additional work, or to provide a company with flexibility.
Companies will approach to iStaffVision Consulting LLP to seek an individual, or a team, to provide additional resources, and we will then match and place suitable temporary staff or associates onto these assignments. iStaffVision Consulting LLP then becomes your employer, and we look after your employment relationship with us and all matters related to it, such as paying you. You are responsible for and work for iStaffVision Consulting LLP while you are on assignment.
Companies will approach to iStaffVision Consulting LLP for Consultancy based Short-Term and Long-term Projects in the areas of Project Management (PM) as a Service (PMAS), Quality Management as a Service (QMAS), ASPICE, Architecture and Audit Functions. Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be followed as per Organization Policy and Standards.
Once you have agreed to an assignment as full-time (FTE) or as Freelancer, becoming an iStaffVision Consulting LLP associate (our name for flexi- or temporary staff), you will then become an iStaffVision Consulting LLP employee. We will pay your wages at an agreed rate for the duration of any assignment you may be placed into, and we will be responsible for your health and safety and other workplace and employment matters (as per our policy norms). PF and Insurance is not available as of now but we have plans to bring these in near future. As an iStaffVision Consulting LLP associate, you are employed by iStaffVision Consulting LLP in the workplace you may be placed into, and you will be required to perform the work required of you and as directed by ourselves and our client. There may be times that we don’t have work for you. However, once you are fully registered and inducted, you can remain registered and will be ready to work for us when the next suitable assignment comes along. IF the Companies show the interest to absorb our flexi-staff in their payroll then based on our Terms and Conditions we shall issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) as per Service Agreement. We are only committed to each other for the term of any assignment, and both parties can give the required notice (unless due to serious misconduct or misconduct) as per your individual employment agreement at any time. You will work under the terms of your Individual Employment Agreement (the contract between you and iStaffVision Consulting LLP) that was completed and signed by you at your Induction, which is specifically designed for Temporary staff (C2H). You can choose to terminate your association with iStaffVision Consulting LLP at any time (with the required notice if you are on assignment). Being employed as an iStaffVision Consulting LLP temporary associate offers you the flexibility to come and go in between assignments as you please. However, based on opportunities our staff will get opportunities to work in our Clientele across technologies, domains and locations.Regular feedback will be collected from our Clients to ensure Performance of our Staff is up to the mark. Feedback will be reviewed, analysed and action items are chalked out to ensure Improved Productivity from our Staff.
Our Staff will be in loop for this whole process to ensure Performance, Metrics and Measurements (both qualitative and quantitative) will be adopted as part 360 Degree Feedback Loop.
AS part of joining formalities, we will provide you with a health and safety induction, and you will answer a few questions related to the induction to ensure you have understood the information provided in the induction.
We then make sure that you receive the first day on the job induction, which will be delivered to you by our client or iStaffVision Consulting LLP, depending on the company you are working for. This is designed to advise you with specific details relating to the job you are about to perform and our client’s site.
iStaffVision Consulting LLP may be able to offer you a range of different opportunities to Upskill yourself once you are on the job - just ask your consultant what may be available to you.
It is important that if you are asked to change your duties at work, you notify your iStaffVision Consulting LLP Manager / consultant so that we can make sure you are given the appropriate training for the new functions.
Typically, Holiday is in line with Client's Holiday Calendar. Contact your manager / consultant and discuss with them your holiday plans detailing to them the dates you are requesting.
If this is approved by your manager / consultant and you wish to be paid for that holiday, and you have enough annual leave owing to you, you need to fill in a holiday leave application form, available from your consultant, or on this website.
You must contact your iStaffVision Consulting LLP manager / consultant immediately so that we can let our client know and, if required, arrange a replacement for you, if feasible. The earlier we know, the easier it is for us to deal with it proactively. It is important for us to know if you are not at work.
As your employer, we have an contractual (with Client) obligation to make sure we know of your whereabouts when you are required to be at work. You should notify us a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled start time of duty.
Contact your consultant immediately. They will try to contact the Client Supervisor or assist you with alternative arrangements to have this signed by another authorized person. It is in our interest to make sure you get Salary paid monthly on-time, so we will do everything we can to make sure this happens.
Based on Time-Sheet approval from Client Management on last working day of the month (eg:31st March), Salary processing will be done on 1st day of the Month (1st April)
